Consumer notice: Insurance Coverage Center reads documents and introduces you to licensed producers and insurance companies. We do not write policies, underwrite risk, or bind coverage. Reviews and introductions are free to the consumer, with no obligation attached.

Our method

A File, a Reviewer, and a Written Answer

Insurance Coverage Center is a comparison and introduction desk at 1201 Third Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101. We read the documents you send, mark the terms that decide what a claim would pay, and hand the findings back in writing. We are not an insurance company, we do not underwrite, and we do not write policies.

Working rules

Three Rules the Desk Does Not Bend

Authority

The document decides, not our paraphrase

When a summary and a policy appear to disagree, the policy governs. We point at the clause and the page number rather than restating it in our own words.

Attribution

No figure without a name and a number

Each price, limit, and discount carries the producer and the carrier that produced it, plus the license number a regulator can confirm.

Continuity

The renewal reopens the original file

A year later, the review starts from the declaration you signed rather than from memory, so a change in condition can be shown side by side with the original.

The catalogue

Eight Lines, and the Papers Behind Each

The same eight lines appear in the homepage selector, the request form, and the footer directory, so the wording never varies between pages.

Auto Insurance Liability limits, collision and comprehensive terms, deductible amounts, and the driver schedule behind the quote. Records we ask for: Declarations page, garaged address, annual mileage, and the driving record each carrier requested.
Homeowners Insurance Replacement cost basis, settled-loss terms, personal property limits, and the hazard exclusions that narrow them. Records we ask for: Declared rebuild cost, the year built or renovated, roof and update age, and any open mortgage or lien.
Renters Insurance Personal property limits, liability for damage to a building you do not own, and named-peril terms. Records we ask for: An itemised list of possessions, the replacement cost method in force, and the landlord name on the lease.
Property and Landlord Insurance Rental income, building limits, equipment values, and the vacancy terms a landlord actually lives with. Records we ask for: Rent roll or lease copies, the last twelve months of receipts, renovation history, and the named insured on title.
Business Insurance General liability, property and equipment, the trigger written into any interruption clause, and contract indemnity terms. Records we ask for: Operations summary, payroll and revenue figures, the lease or deed, and every contract that names an insurer.
Travel Insurance Cancellation conditions, delay thresholds, baggage limits, and the assistance terms that apply beyond the border. Records we ask for: Booking confirmations, prepaid receipts, and the declared reason for a change or a delay claim.
Pet Insurance Accident and illness terms, annual limits, waiting periods, and whether settlement is reimbursement or direct pay. Records we ask for: Veterinary history, the breed and age line on the policy schedule, and the specialist or pharmacy you use.
Umbrella Liability Insurance The layer that sits above a capped auto or home liability limit, and the underlying limits it depends on. Records we ask for: The current auto and home declarations, the retained liability limit, and any umbrella requirement written into a lease.

Check Us Before You Check the Quote

Insurance Coverage Center is a comparison and introduction desk. It is not an insurance company, and it does not write or underwrite policies. The producer, agency, and carrier named in your quote hold the licenses that apply, and each can be confirmed with the insurance regulator in the state where you live.

One document is enough

Start With the Page You Already Have

A declarations page, a renewal notice, or a declined quote is enough to open a file. The reviewer will list what is still missing before anything else is asked of you.
